Visa Processing Officer

Our visa desk is expanding, and we need a meticulous officer to prepare and review applications for the UK, US, Canada, Schengen and Gulf routes. You will build document checklists, review client files line by line, complete embassy forms accurately, schedule appointments and keep clients informed at every stage.

Accuracy is everything in this role: your attention to detail directly determines client outcomes.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of visa processing or immigration documentation experience
• Working knowledge of UK, US, Canadian and Schengen requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and document organisation
• Clear, patient client communication skills
• Absolute integrity — we never falsify documents, and neither will you
• A first degree in any discipline
