About the role
Residential care homes in the south of Luxembourg are recruiting care assistants to support elderly residents with daily living, mobility and companionship. You will work alongside qualified nurses in modern, well-staffed facilities.
Healthcare workers are on Luxembourg's shortage occupation list, which offers one of the clearest paths to long-term residency in the EU. The employer funds your local care certification during the first six months.
Who we're looking for
- Caring disposition and patience — experience caring for family members counts
- Health/care background or NCE/OND in a related field is an advantage
- Conversational English; willingness to learn basic French/Luxembourgish
- Clean medical record and police clearance
